This is an informational website. It has no registration, contact, checkout or newsletter form and does not ask for customer records, payment details or shop files. The examples and bouquet images are synthetic.

Hosting and security

AWS CloudFront delivers the page and its assets, and AWS security services help protect it. Requests include technical information such as your IP address, requested page and browser headers. Cloudflare provides the domain registration and DNS service.

Website access logging and AWS firewall request logging are disabled in our current configuration. We do not run advertising or analytics scripts on this page. These settings do not mean that no technical data is processed by the hosting and network providers.

Your browser and other services

The language and browser-storage section below describes how your language preference is handled. This page does not read your native app’s Business File, sign you into an account or upload shop records. Visiting any external service follows that service’s own data-handling arrangements.

This page sets no cookies. When you choose a language, it remembers that preference in this browser until you clear this website’s stored data. If browser storage is unavailable, the language links still work. On your first visit, the page uses your browser’s preferred language when supported; it does not look up your country or location. Product-preview tabs reset when you reload. No advertising or analytics scripts are included.

Shop records on your device

Offline Vireat keeps shop settings, staff, clients, orders, payment records, inventory, suppliers and selected photos in a local Business File. Normal offline shop operations do not require an online account or automatic upload of those records to a Vireat server.

The shop chooses what customer and business information to enter and remains responsible for its use, accuracy and retention. App preferences, including appearance and language, are stored on the device.

Photos, contacts and device access

Camera access is requested for actions you choose, such as taking a shop photo or scanning a catalogue code. System photo and contact pickers share your selection rather than granting ongoing access to the entire library. Where system device authentication is used, Vireat receives the result, not your biometric data.

Backups and exports

Optional encrypted shop backups can use iCloud Drive, with recovery information managed through iCloud Keychain. Apple’s device backups are a separate mechanism. Backup availability and recovery depend on the app version, device settings and the status shown in the app; a local save is not proof that a remote backup completed.

CSV reports and client vCards can contain readable personal or business information. You choose where to share them. The destination or recipient controls that copy and its retention.

Deletion and separate services

Deleting a shop from the device removes its local shop data. A factory reset has a narrower purpose and keeps some shop, staff and audit information. Neither action removes existing iCloud copies, Apple device backups or files already shared elsewhere.

Optional accounts, online workspaces and user-sent problem reports involve additional processing, described in the next section. The current app has no advertising, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking SDK.

Account registration

Where offered by the installed app, optional Vireat registration uses Amazon Cognito in Frankfurt to process a verified email address and account identity for sign-in and account deletion. Registration does not upload an offline shop or activate a shared online shop. Account deletion and deletion of a local shop or iCloud backup are separate actions.

Server workspaces

If you choose an online workspace, account details, authorised shop requests and selected uploads are sent over HTTPS to that service. The service stores the shared records and determines its hosting, backup and retention arrangements. Changing workspace mode does not automatically upload your existing offline Business File.

Technical logs and reports you send

The app keeps a small local technical log. Files older than seven days are removed when logs are written or a report is prepared. A problem report is sent only after you choose Send; it includes your message and recent technical diagnostics encrypted for the developer. Diagnostic attachments exclude customer records, PINs, recovery keys, photos and Business File contents. Your own message may still contain information you type.

The app queues at most three encrypted reports, with seven-day expiry checked when the app runs. Sending requires a configured receiving service; its access and retention after delivery are separate from the device queue. The current app does not upload new diagnostic log copies to iCloud. Earlier copies remain under your Apple account until removed there.

This website introduces Vireat and uses illustrative, synthetic examples. It does not accept customer flower orders, create shop accounts, take payments or provide a working business ledger.

Current offline price

The offline Vireat product is completely free at the moment. This statement describes the current offering; it does not set the price of future products or online services. Any future paid offering, including its billing and cancellation terms, will be presented separately.

Availability and responsibilities

Public download information and shared online shop availability will be published when confirmed. Product features and availability may change as development continues. Descriptions on this page do not promise a release date or live delivery of an optional service.

When using Vireat for shop work, keep appropriate backups and handle customer and staff information lawfully. Vireat records shop activity; payment acquiring and fiscal services depend on their respective providers. The complete service terms and responsible operator’s contact details are still being prepared.
